Nothing breaks. You can activate add-on packs from Paddle: +100 AI chat conversations ($5), +50 AI photo enhancements ($5), +5 Pro properties ($5) or +10 Business properties ($12). They don't carry over to next month.

Yes. Upgrades are immediate with automatic proration handled by Paddle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

No. The chatbot has a strict prompt: it answers about the property, takes prospect questions and captures their contact. It does not share your phone, email or exact address. It is resistant to prompt-injection attempts.

Manual. We only enhance the photos you explicitly toggle. Before publishing you see a before/after side-by-side and decide photo by photo. Every enhanced photo carries a visible 'Enhanced with AI' watermark stamped on the bottom-right corner.

It can add 'light staging' on surfaces that already exist: a lamp on the table, books on a shelf, towels in the bathroom, a small plant. It does not invent large furniture (bed, sofa, wardrobe) where none existed. It does not simulate renovations. If the room is empty, it stays empty.

You regenerate the PDF from your dashboard anytime. The QR keeps pointing to the same public listing, so reprinting the sign takes a minute.

Yes. Each listing has a semantic URL (/p/type-offer-city-code), Open Graph metadata, schema.org RealEstateListing and is included in sitemap.xml. If the property is paused or archived, the listing stops being indexed.

Yes. Propietta does not lock you in: the QR points to your Propietta listing, but nothing prevents you from also publishing on Metrocuadrado, FincaRaíz or other portals. Automatic cross-posting is not in the MVP.
